Maory Prince started painting at the age of 14, taking its first steps in a workshop at 19, training with the famous popular artist Cheri Samba. Each of his paintings is a story, with privileged themes such as truth, loyalty, fidelity, engagement, and modernity. The artist questions the human relation to truth and his works offer multiple answers and interpretations. Maory Prince is questioning whether we believe that technology is making us more happy ? Is technology not opening doors for more lies and possibilities to lie in what seems to be the apparent transparency of modern communication instruments ? Privacy is furthermore being challenged leading towards a lack of orientation. And in the center of human life, our professional life and its loopholes. Maory Prince has been exhibited mainly in Congo-K but also in Belgium, France, Spain.
